Kathryn Button
DIRECTOR GLOBAL CONNECT/CEO NEW HOPE INTERNATIONAL
Kathryn has extensive experience in leadership in Christian and government schools, most recently as the Senior School Principal at Tyndale Christian School in South Australia. She is passionate about global mission and service and serves as the Director of Christian Schools Global Connect. Kathryn is keen to expand the global vision of schools, develop opportunities for service learning, as well as grow Christian education around the world.
Daniel Pampuch
CEO CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS AUSTRALIA
Daniel has over 25 years’ experience in Christian Education. He has oversight over Christian School Australia’s (CSA’s) strategic direction, political advocacy, research, resource and program development, and service provision to members. Through the CSA National Secretariat, he ensures CSA assists schools in retaining their missional focus and Christian distinctive, as well as guiding them on pathways to further maturity as ministries and centres of educational excellence. New Hope International came under CSA’s jurisdiction in December 2022.
Trudy Figueroa
EXECUTIVE OFFICER - OPERATIONS
Trudy serves as the Executive Officer - Operations at Christian Schools Australia (CSA). Her extensive experience, particularly in Finance and Administration, underpins the smooth operation of CSA and NHI. Trudy oversees budget preparation, financial management, and reports to the board, contributing behind the scenes to CSA and NHI’s fiscal health and growth. With her extensive experience and commitment to excellence, Trudy is a humble force steering CSA and New Hope International towards operational success.

Sandra Scott
GLOBAL CONNECT AMBASSADOR
Sandra has a wealth of experience in Christian education and teacher training within Australia and beyond. From 2011 – 2018 she was the South Australia Executive Officer for Christian Schools Australia. Sandra’s passion is for high-quality, authentic Christian schools which are fertile places for the transformation of students’ hearts and minds. She loves to promote local and global connections and relationships, inspire teachers and leaders to embrace their high calling, and encourage quality mission and service activities.
Sue Skuthorpe
GLOBAL CONNECT AMBASSADOR
Sue has been involved in education since 1971 serving as a classroom teacher, as well as in leadership positions in three Christian schools. Sue served for thirteen years as the Principal of Charlton Christian College, retiring from this role in 2016. Since then, Sue was CEO of New Hope International (NHI) until December 2022, travelling internationally to train teachers in developing countries.
Helen Kirkland
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Helen is actively involved in the life of the two church campuses pastored by her husband Bill mainly in the areas of administration and music ministry in regional Western Australia. Helen is a bookkeeper and registered BAS Agent using these skills in her own small business where her clients include churches and small businesses. She works part-time at Goldfields Baptist College as the Senior Finance Officer and has been working with New Hope International since January 2022 as the Finance Administrator.

Kristiana (Ana) Lim
NATIONAL DIRECTOR - INDONESIA
Kristiana (Ana) is passionate about serving God through Christian education. She has worked for Christian schools from 2005 – 2018 and has extensive experience in Biblical based curriculum. Since 2018, she has been involved in government projects as a trainer and mentor for schools in outreach areas of Indonesia. She also serves as an assessor for Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education.
Juliet Galiwango
NATIONAL DIRECTOR - UGANDA
Juliet is a passionate high school teacher who served the Baptist Union of Uganda as National Education Coordinator overseeing 100 Christian schools. In 2010, Juliet was invited to Australia by NHI and trained in ETLS which she used In Uganda to train teachers and leaders about the Biblical vision of Christian education. Since being appointed as NHI National Director in Uganda, Juliet and her team have trained over 1,500 educators in more than 700 Christian schools in Uganda. She is passionate about the cause of Christian education and is focused on training trainers of trainers (2 Timothy 2:2). In 2023 she graduated from Morling College with a Masters of Education (Leadership).
Romaric Zongo
REGIONAL COORDINATOR - WEST AFRICA
Romaric Zongo a historian by training, headmaster of the Zion High School in Solenzo for ten years, and then administrator of Zion schools in his region. In July 2022, he joined the Alliance of Schools and University of Evangelicals of Burkina (AESEB/ACSI Burkina) as advocacy, communication and training officer, and in January 2023 became the organisation's National Coordinator. As a Master Trainer with NHI, he helped to set up cohorts of teachers through the ETLS programmes in Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Mali and Cameroon. He has helped to train nearly 2,000 teachers and administrators in his country. He has completed a Master's degree in Business Consulting and is currently pursuing an advanced Master's degree in Educational Project Implementation, Robotics and 3D Printing.
